Frequently asked questions
What does “unlimited executions” mean?
We do not count or limit workflow executions. The only limit is your plan’s resources: if a workflow constantly overloads the server, we will suggest an optimisation or a larger plan.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are invoiced monthly in advance, yearly plans in a single upfront invoice. You can pay by bank transfer or card.
Is there a minimum term?
Not for monthly plans: you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the following month. Yearly plans run for one year.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Before cancellation we provide a full export of your workflows and database. 30 days after the service ends, all data and backups are permanently deleted.
Can I use community nodes?
Yes, installing community nodes is allowed. For security, we can review them before installation on request.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes, on request we offer a free 7-day trial with Starter resources.
